Take a behind-the-scenes look at this brand new technology that turns any video or any recording into a "Just-In-Time" Webinar. AutoWebinar X is a great concept that could have some better execution. But with further development and "bug fixing", this competitively-priced software could be a hit.
- Great Concept
- Competitively-Priced (both front-end product and upsells)
- Execution could be better
- Needs better user onboarding process and more tutorials to learn how to use software
- Customer support needs to be more responsive
AutoWebinar X is a new Webinar software that just hit the market. It allows you to create evergreen or “Just-in-Time” Webinars using a pre-recorded video. There are also options to do a live stream via YouTube Live and Facebook Live. Besides the ability to broadcast the video, there are also some marketing features included. You can create segmented lists of registered attendees as well as integrate with your preferred autoresponder and SMTP service.
I love the concept of creating an inexpensive alternative to such popular evergreen Webinar software like EverWebinar and Stealth Seminar. But even though it doesn’t have a hefty price tag, it still has robust marketing features that allow you to interact with your attendees and build your mailing list. For example, you have email notifications, built-in chat functionality, Webinar statistics and
AutoWebinar X is very competitively priced starting at just $17 for the front-end product. This is surprising as other Webinar services like WebinarJam, EverWebinar and Go To Webinar cost several hundreds of dollars in a yearly subscription fee. For example, EverWebinar costs $397/year and Go To Webinar costs $499/month with a limit of 2,000 attendees.
AutoWebinar X does have a few upsells or one-time-offers. You can purchase the AutoWebinar X Pro upgrade that allows you to incorporate Facebook comments, add your retargeting pixel and your own custom domain. There’s also the agency/reseller license option which allows you to earn 100% commissions on the front-end product and 50% commissions on any of the upsells. Last, but not least there’s the Webinar masterclass that teaches you the most effective techniques for creating and marketing your Webinar.

AutoWebinar X sounds great on paper and on the sales page. So how does it actually perform?
Well, after purchasing the software and all of the upgrades, I did some through testing of the software and here’s what I found. The user Interface of the member’s dashboard is clean and easy to understand. There are (5) five tutorial videos but I wish there were more. Some things I didn’t quite understand how to do like setting up the custom domain and what the integration code was for. I searched the knowledge base at their support.kyvio.com site, but all I found were support articles for Kyvio, nothing for AutoWebinar X.
In fact, I couldn’t get the Webinar landing page registration form to work as it kept displaying an error message.
In addition, I sent (4) four support tickets in describing my problems and bugs with the software and it took almost a day to get one response.
The lack of adequate training videos, a knowledge base dedicated to AutoWebinar X and slow, support desk response time disheartened me because I really wanted this Webinar software to work for me.
But, I’m giving Mario Brown and Alvin Yang the benefit of the doubt to get the issues I encountered fixed. If AutoWebinar X weren’t so competitively priced compared to EverWebinar and Go To Webinar, I would be refunding this purchase immediately. As I said, the user interface is really beautiful and the list of features is quite robust. For $17-37 for the front-end product alone (and each upsell is only another $17-37 too), I still feel that this software is a good value, if only for the price alone.
AutoWebinar X is a Webinar software that has an impressive feature list, but has some bugs and needs better user tutorials and customer support. The inexpensive price makes it worth giving it a try and hopefully, they’ll get the bugs fixed within the first 30 days. Otherwise, you can request a refund. Mario Brown is known in the Internet marketing space as providing good, quality products and usually has good, responsive support. If they can fix some of the issues I mentioned (registration forms, video tutorials, knowledge base, etc.), AutoWebinar X could be a hit and a product that I will use frequently.
